Money Back Guarantee

  • Order Cancellation: Customers may cancel their orders prior to shipment for a refund, may be subject to a 3% fee to cover credit card processing charges incurred by D-Freeze during the transaction.

Return Eligibility

  • 30-Day Return Window: If you decide to return your freeze dryer after it has shipped, you may do so within 30 days of the shipment date.
  • Original Condition: Items must be returned with the original box including: all packaging, accessories, manuals, and pallet.
  • Timeframe for Returns: Returns are only eligible within 30 days of the purchase date. After this period, returns will only be accepted if there is a technical defect with the product (refer to the “Warranty” section for details).

Shipping Note

  • Estimated Shipping Times: Please note that shipping times are just an estimate. Once the unit leaves our facility, we have very little control over the freight company. Although delays in shipping are not common, we ask for your patience in dealing with the shipping company and any delays their services might cause.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be issued via email or other written form of communication before items can be shipped back to D-Freeze. D-Freeze reserves the right to deny refunds for any items returned without a prior RMA.

  2. Shipping Box Request: If you require a shipping box, simply request one from Peak and Prairie Industries for an added cost. Please allow a few days for processing and delivery, as we want to ensure your return is well-packaged.
  3. Secure Packaging: It’s important to carefully package your freeze dryer to prevent any damage during transit. Use ample padding and secure the item well to ensure it arrives back safely.

Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.
  • Restocking Fee: If returning the freeze dryer after shipment due to a change of mind, please note that a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee helps us manage the costs associated with inspecting and restocking the returned item. However, if there is damage or a warranty issue, this charge will not apply.
  • Recommended Shipping Methods: For peace of mind, we suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. This will help protect against loss or damage during transit.

Prompt Refund Processing

  • Timely Refunds: Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, ensuring a straightforward transaction.
